Actually, AOL closed at 154 5/8. Not sure where they
get the 154 figure, not to mention the drop of 3 1/4.
Last valid trade I saw in aftermarket was 154 3/4.

Also, AMZN was trading at 342 in aftermarket, from a
close of 332 5/16. This is according to Quote.com.
LCOS was trading at 57 3/4 aftermarket from a close
of 57 5/16. YHOO traded as high as 272 15/16 from a
close of 270, in aftermarket. EBAY was at 276 from a
close of 273 15/16. UBID was as high as 154 1/4 from
a close of 143 1/2.

AFTER THE BELL - Quiet volume as 1999 draws near

NEW YORK, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Despite volatile trading in the
closely watched Internet sector, after-hours trading remained
quiet ahead of Friday's New Year's Day holiday.

Internet stocks lost ground in choppy trading on Tuesday as
investors cashed in on the recent holiday driven online stock
surge, but traders said activity after-hours was lifeless.

''It's really quiet today. Just your typical end of the year
type volume,'' one trader said.

America Online Inc. (NYSE:AOL - news), headed for Standard
& Poor's 500 January 1, traded up 1-3/4 at 155, while
Yahoo (Nasdaq:YHOO - news) gained 2-3/8 to 272-3/8 in
light activity. Amazon.Com (Nasdaq:AMZN - news) remained
near its Nasdaq closing price of 332-5/16.
