I love TMANW, which I bought early today and am holding it overnight. Already a three bagger. Have the common too. The funny thing is that I haven't even looked at the warrant/equity conversion stipulations yet, which is highly unusual because I tend to research that sort of things carefully before I buy. I took one look at the basic fundamentals, and they look great. The heavy insider buying was particularly impressive. biz.yahoo.com The 10Q looks solid, and the recent financial arrangement with Mellon reflects the bank's confidence in the company: <<On December 4, 1998, the Company entered into a Loan and Security Agreement with Mellon Bank, N.A., ("Mellon") individually and as agent. The Loan and Security Agreement provides for a $45.0 million revolving credit facility. The Company has granted Mellon a lien on its tangible and intangible assets to secure this revolving credit facility. Proceeds from this loan were used to refinance the Company's previous revolving credit facility and term loan from Foothill.
