He shouldn't take it seriously. AOL didn't. They bought NSCP in the middle of it. That is the the height of not taking it seriously and of arrogance. The trial is a NSCP, SUNW incited government attempt to punish what the government thinks is excess wealth in the hands of an individual. The government needs to look like they are out to save the people from the evil greedy capitalists, otherwise, they won't fulfill the great calling of the 20th century, to pull down unfairness and bestow protection. I guess you like to pay the protection money. That's a far cry from our Tea Party ancestors. Told you the neighborhood is going to the dogs.
