That is what makes this thread so interesting, we can agree to disagree. You raise a very good point regarding the animosity between the old and the new management, but in the end, I believe the mighty dollar will talk. The burn rate is high and I believe it is not the easiest of things to go through another financing.

Additionally, there are the 1 million warrants which are controlled by the new mgmt. It would be difficult to turn these down particularly if it was felt that Barrick may put in some kind of an offer for Diablillos in the first or second quarter of this year.

I really don't believe control will be an issue in future as this should be a good year for PFG and clearly the old management has proven themselves lacking. Additionally, when it comes down to the bottom line, in any business venture feelings should/will be put aside for the advancement of the companies/investors goals.

It should prove interesting to see how many warrants are exercised IF we reach the strike price.

I tell you what though, I will ask the person most concerned at this time ... see next post.
