Good Morning Elio, <<<When I spoke with Mr. Smith last week he told me two very large shareholders were selling because tax loss purposes.>>> I am still a little skeptical. I wonder if this was the real reason why they were selling (tax loss purposes) or if anything else is wrong. Normally, large shareholders know what is going on internally in the company. The risk still seems minimal and a lot more potential to the upside for a small investment. I plan on buying around 100K of MKII after I sell a portion of other stocks this morning. Ed
