To my knowledge lgtl did not announce the rs. I had to call Michael K to confirm the rumors. He told me last week that it would take place in several weeks. I suppose they are waiting till after the new year in hopes that the price might come up some. eom

It is my theory due to lack of knowledge regards LTGL that they have completed a reverse split before (does anyone have knowledge regards a RS before?. So the theory is there CEO is selling shares and will continue to do so. Anyone have a better clue? Best wishes for the New Year.
