nice gap up on SPGLA...but i still believe that DMRK is much better positioned to leverage the internet. one thing is talk and the other is facts. when i am in the office later i will show you more of the analysis i did...these were some of the issues i looked at:

1) what are the demographics of net shoppers (income level, type of products, sex, etc)
2) what types of shoppers do these companies cater to
3) if catalog costs were drastically reduced, what would be the bottom-line impact
4) what percentage of the business is able to grow through the net. fr instance, SPGLA owns a bank..that is not in the equation...also, a large percentage of store sales would not grow as fast as would catalog orders in my mind
5) company's ability to implement cost-cutting measures
6) trends in costs and margens
etc

i still believe DMRK is severely undervalued and will continue to HOLD my position.
