When we used to hunt rabbits sometimes we would spot the sitting. A careful shot and only the head was removed leaving no shot in the meat. My dad had a friend who couldn't figure that out. We'd point one out and he'd always shoot them in the body making them unfit to eat. We quit pointing them out to him.

Even the little 410 is dangerous. Your .22 was dangerous too. Some fools think a .22 is a toy, knew a guy like that. Key word is knew.
