Elio, I spoke with Paul Smith this morning (I forgot to mention your fax - sorry). This may be old news for some people on this thread, but here's what I found out: Short-term goals: 1) looking for a PR firm or individual to come in and work full time to answer investor relations type questions. 2) their goal is to become fully reporting with the SEC by end of 1st quarter of 1999 - will have auditors in 2nd or 3rd week of March to do their financials. 3) seeking financing early in 1999 to fund some of their projects. He stated that someone (he knows) has been shorting the stock. Paul has been in the business for 25 years (& partner) and seek low risk opportunities to capitalize on and are not filing bankruptcy of any type. Hope some of this information is new. Still haven't bought any shares yet today - have an order in at 0.04 (50,000 shares) so far. Ed
