**** OFF TOPIC ****
Anybody knows about PRFM ?
I am looking at more info on this one.
Seems to be a potential internet runner
If so, please PM me.
I don't want to pollute TSIG thread.
I should start a "Does anybody has info on" thread,
:)

BALANCE SHEET Discussion: Since we do not have a hundred plus posts of drivel to wade through today, I would like to start some discussion on the 10-Q report filed for the 3rd quarter. (Note: this report was filed Nov. 13. Is Feb. 13 too early to expect the 4th quarter report?) At some point, it is necessary for TSIG to attract conventional investors who read SEC filings before buying stock. A radical idea, I know! Operating expenses for the 3rd quarter were $1.1 million. Can we extrapolate operating expenses for all of 1999 from these numbers? Since we have been told that the number of operators is being increased from 50 to 300, simply saying 4 x 1.1 = 4.4 would seem to lowball the estimate. It seems to me that estimating 1999 operating expenses at $8 million would allow for some "ramping up" of operations. Comments welcome. Regards, Suzanne

Too bad we don't have any numbers for the Esposito and NMF deals like we do for Babe Ruth. Some targets or projections in their press releases would have been nice so we can have an idea of the financial impact to TSIG.

Rich, can you disclose publicly any numbers? If not, we'll just have to wait for info in future PRs or SEC filings.
