Mark,

JMO, but anyone chasing the J/L rainbow after what has transpired over the past 18 months or so, should give this some second thoughts. There was a fair amount of capital raised based on this non-methodology, and where is it now? The company has about $M1/2 in the bank with dwindling assets and internal turmoil. Not very attractive selling points to attract new investors.

Mark:
How do you know that this is the position of the "Father Gregory" group? I have not seen any formal statement of this position. I would also be very much interested in a meeting that would force more complete disclosure and allow us as investors to make up our minds. If the "Father Gregory" groups position is so ridiculous we can simply vote it down after we hear all facts. If it is not then ...
Everybody certainly seems to get in an uproar when the status quo is challenged. I wonder why.
