I ALSO WONDER WHY? I would like to think the big boys at BII have major plans for the new year( jan.). I have a feeling that a major anouncement is just around the corner, BII knows the big money (NOW) is in the u.s. internet trading frenzy (NASQ), the money to inject-grow instantly. I think if anyone knows big news, we will soon find out through WALDO....

I too became aware of this company as a grandfathered tax assisted investment. I submitted my application for the tax shelter units three weeks ago and was told yesterday the thing was oversubscribed and my application was rejected. At the time the broker told me that mbti went over the counter on NASDAQ in August and they hope to have an IPO in place in early 1999. I too missed the boat on the OTC, but thought I was covered anyway with the tax shelter. You can see their site at farmlinks.com My lawyer called last night,apparently he thought more of the stock than the tax shelter. Said he was bailing today and would buy me a drink as a consolation prize. GJP
