Gary If would like a copy of the letter I sent to Plumacher and Russo over 12 months ago, I'll send you one. When you read it, it hits home. What on earth have they been doing for the last 12 months? I hear the great stories about we took the hardware out of Shea Stadium today and installed it overnight in Boston for today's game (this is Mike Russo doing this with help). That's dedication and hard work, no question, but is this what they should be doing? Simply, No!!! They have got to start working smart. Nobody on the board has held management accountable for the atrocious results generated (or not generated) over the last 12 months. If VC's were into this company, Mike Russo would be long gone and Ed Plumacher taken out of any decision making role. The board would be top notch and we would be watching QSTI stock go through the roof. That's what we need. What we got yesterday was a blanket acceptance by the shareholders that this board will do the job. Only two of us voted against the slate of directors. Folks, wake up to reality. Management has to be shaken up big time. We are fast running out of time. 12 months from now at the current pace we'll have seen more shares sold (another 5 to 10 million, remember they can go up to 50 million) to generate the cash to keep the doors open and our holdings will be diluted. Is that we as stockholders want? I do not believe that Plumacher or Russo want that but that's what they are dialing up. They don't know any better. Get help gentlemen and get it now!!! It doesn't have to be me, that's fine!!!.... but get help in now!!!! New members of the board, step up to the plate and do what you have to do please. This is not a walk in the park, nor a slam dunk.
