David,

That is precisely our point. It is currently only a shell. We can only speculate on what it will be. It just seems strange the a company would open a shell to the public. Usually you would market the Shell (prototype) to potential customers, build the actual site with contracts, promote the site, and then open it.

The stock is moving on pure speculation that the site will have substantial contracts, and substantial exposure. We have no proof of either

David

Hey Dave,
I see you started this thread earlier in the month....... should I read anything into this or not?

Usually the genesis of a thread is due to promotion....... just curious as to your current thoughts on the stock.

Yeah, I'm in ........ took a roll of the dice and caught the knife as it fell to 0.145

Thanx

You guys keep saying that the site will not produce revenues and I have to keep reminding you guys that THE SITE is not even open yet.

Well.. thats just not right.
Let's get what I think right out in the open.

Past:
1. The old SFAD was a company with a poor excuse for a product and multiple millions of authorized shares. It was traded in a well established pattern by people for years.

Currently:
1. The new SFAD is a company with a (currently) dubious product and 999,999,000 authorized shares.
2. The INcybermall 'opening' this month (was it december 3rd or something?)... What was that? The opening of a demo? Smells like hype to me.
3. The site doesn't show evidence of anything that currently could be producing significant revenues. It's just links.
4. The site doesn't show evidence of a link accounting system like doubleclick or the like in place.
5. The 'AT&T deal' appears to me to be no more than a packaging of their internet service with the real estate product.
6. The real estate product seems to be a yawner to me since it is little more than AT&T's internet service plus alot of packaged information you can get off the web anyway...

Future:
1. I see no immeadiate plans for SFAD to advertise to promote the traffic of the INcybermall site.
Albeit rumors of news write-ups are great, but if someone goes to the site now what will they think? Will the words 'This is neat! I can't wait for "phase II" to start' pop into their heads, or will they simply think: 'This site does little for me... I will go to one that does'
You know my opinion.

Could SFAD go the distance and make me a fool.

Of Course. I am just telling you what troubles me.

Now STOP accusing me of half truths.

Thanks,
cAPS
