I think we have to deal with perception first. If, and I state again IF, (it is just a theory) there is a mini sell-off of US internets..then BII will be sucked into that downturn. Which will create a buying opportunity for all Internet stocks. So BII would be a bargain, assuming you feel its a bargain now.

NASDAQ is another issue. Management can't announce anything until a NASDAQ listing criteria has been met. Reverse splits for any stock...right or wrong is seen by the Canadian public as the "kiss of death". So the PR associated with any kind of proposal like this would have to be handled with "kid gloves". A barrage of NR's explaining the listing criteria and "options" possible for meeting the criteria would allow the market to digest it slow enough that the impact of actually doing it would likely be minimized!!

NASDAQ for BII is like a VSE company attaining a TSE listing. Its a huge bonus to investors but it is also a long process that must be patiently accepted!
