Bill, I believe that given enough time, that DCI will realize all of it's goals. The main reason I believe this is the case is because of DCI management. First they have shown us in the past through other endeavours that they are capable of accomplishing or exceeding stated goals and second, it's pretty obvious from my analysis on DCI that excellent progress has already been made towards achieving the goals set for DCI. True, there will always be problems/delays from time to time in making progress, but that is to be expected. Management has shown the ability to creatively work around most problems in the past and I don't see any reason to doubt that they cannot do the same in the future. As to the timing of when everything will come together, who knows for sure, but it's obvious that we are potentially pretty close. James
