SINGAPORE -- The Asian chip market has contracted about 10% this year in revenue terms but demand has picked up in the fourth quarter and is likely to sustain itself into the next quarter, Texas Instruments Asia Sales/Marketing Vice President Larry Tan said Wednesday.
