BTW did you see the story over the holidays about bonuses of 50 Million at LTCM? I don't usually watch TV, but was down at my Dad's.
CBS had Jim Grant on -- he likened it to taking a taxi, the taxi driver wrecks due to his negligence, then comes around while you are still in the hospital looking for his fare ...

Call me suspicious, but I think things were far worse than anybody is letting on ...
