What's the deal here?

Are my shares now worth $11?

What does it mean that Syquest closed at 11 3/8. The last price before trading was halted was at 0.34 a share. I thought that the company was out of business. How could the stock be at 11 3/8 when there was no trading involved? I have alot of shares of Syquest, are they worth anything now?
