Charles,

As I understand it, the combo company is just reaching it's one year "Anniversary." They are trying to role up several internet companies into one and also re-organize ESVS business plan. In the interim they continue to "plow" forward with acquisitions such as Brandsforless and probably others according to the press release.

What I see so far is good progress and I think I'm going to ride this thing out all the way!!!!!

Do you know if ZULU's share price will reflect the 10 for 1 reverse before or after the bell tomorrow????

PC Quote shows some pretty goofy numbers. Last trade at 1.3750, high at 1.5312, low at 0, bid at 2.5625, ask at 2.8750.

My guess is that the bid/ask are being reported from before the delisting. Since ESVS is now a pink-sheet stock, there isn't a source of electronic bid/ask information. That's what the NASDAQ BB is - an electronic bulletin board of bid/ask data. (Trade data is reported separately than bid/ask and IS available for some pink sheet issues.)

I note that 2.5625/2.875 were the bid/ask on the last day that ESVS traded on the OTC-BB, on 11/24/98.

To get a bid/ask on a pink-sheet stock, there is one and only one way of getting a bid/ask quote - look in the pink sheets, get the phone numbers of the brokers that trade the stock, and call them on the phone. Period. If you are seriously interested in trading the stock, ask your broker to do that. (Of course, if you actually place a trade, that's what they'll do.)

If you don't beleive me, try to sell your ESVS shares at the "bid" of 2.5625. Good luck!

ESVS - the e-commerce stock of the 90's that trades using the advanced communication methods of the 20's! :)

BTW - Pc Quote shows ESVS exchange as "OTC Bulletin Board". We know that's not true, so it's understandable if PC Quote's data is a bit scrambled...
