I've been with Scottsdale for 3 yrs. I have never been unhappy on any trade. If their server is down, you can call and get a broker and he will do your trade personally,and give confirmation while you are on the line, and only charge you the internet trade commission. I put a stop loss on Ratl by telephone and the broker called me personally the next day to tell me it executed. All for $12. If you can't get through to your local broker by phone, the call automatically rolls to another Office. (They have 80 offices, nationwide.) Jim Ray
