For the quarter ended October 31, 1998, the Company recorded net revenues of $321,936 and a net loss of $283, 539 or $0.01 per share. The above results compare with net sales revenue of $48,207 and a net loss of $191,319 or $0.01 per share for a similar period last year. The Company's net sales revenues, having increased over 650%, present a meaningful measurement of the Company's growth over the past year. Revenue a year ago was 70% derived from the antistain products and supplies to the forestry industry. The dramatic increase in the current quarter revenues can be attributed exclusively to the marketing success of Napier's new line of environmentally friendly paint and coatings lifters and cleaners which now represent 85% of revenues. Of these revenues, 92% were contributed from sales to the aircraft industry.

I hope there is a big news release today!!!!!
