Does anyone have the answer about the restricted and non restricted shares in the float? Or can there be restricted shares in the float?

I don't have the very latest figures but according to Andre there's 118 million outstanding. At least about 20 million or so are restricted. I trust someone has more accurate figures.

To your question about restricted shares in the float, I would say no. The concept of float means shares not held by the company or 'in strong hands'. Basically shares available to trade with. Restricted shares cannot be legally sold until the restriction ends, so they are not in the float as long as the restriction is in effect. Question is what restrictions Eutro put on the shares they bought IVY and the yet unannounced asset(s) with.

Sorry, I missed this one:

edit: how do you spell cautous?

I spell it 'cautious' and my dictionary show this to be a lucky guess. Think about all those warning signs that are posted all over - they say 'caution'. Cautious is based on that same word. Btw, I regularly use a dictionary and/or thesaurus when I'm unsure about a word.

Hope that helped...
