Ross, I agree, I could have afforded that deal, makes me suspicious in a way. the low amount to earn 50% coupled with the tiny down payment make me suspect that the Explore Tech group has another angle in mind, namely to get to an impasse at 50% each? The other way to look at it is to see what they find and then never let their % go below 50%. Remember MAD is shy of cash and may wish to keep what they have to explore in Mexico. In addition there are many lean deals now that gold is down. Bill
