Just don't tell her about the marsh fire that I set and for which my two younger sisters got blamed. Really fun watching the fire engines pull into the driveway. NOT! I was literally sweating because I knew that they were there to bust me. Instead, they ask to talk to my sisters. Seems that they had been down at the lagoon at the swimming hole smoking cigarettes just before I arrived. They had left their cloths to dry there amidst cigarette butts and matches. I felt bad about letting them take the fall, but not as bad as I would have felt if I had fessed up.

I only came clean with my sisters about 3 years ago (15 years after the fact).

BTW: the fire was accidental. I was flicking matches into a little pond and missed.
