Spark: ASCT - Taking 4 3/4 on a stock that is now 3 1/2 isn't being a coward. It is smart trading. I think this is a good buying opportunity here, especially if the rumor is true. We must all remember that the only reason we are in this issues is because of takeout rumor, and until such time as the takeout happens, if it does, don't be afraid to lock in any gains or average down appropriately. One doesn't have to hold based on a rumor, I sold some a couple days back and will reenter soon ..... kindof hoping more bad news takes it down a bit further but I don't see that happening.
