Actually, the company took all the money from the last private placement and gave it to me....hope that helps.

Obvioulsy I don't have any financials that the rest of us aren't privy to. Nor do I have any information on adjusted options. I would assume that would be handled in a press release.

I can not personally account for any of the funds, other than what Larry loaned me from his stash........ :-)
