My portfolio today needs Viagra, so I place an order to buy Pfizer.

Greg and thread,

Be careful when calling DELL for spare parts for your computer. Your call will be routed to a parts reseller, and trust me, you don't want to buy from them. The price they quoted was nearly triple DELL's price for the same memory module. It was really a joke, I actually got 2 different prices on different days from the same company and they were nearly $100 apart. When I questioned the sales rep, he had the nerve to tell me that memory prices "often fluctuated" ($100 bucks in a day, yeah right).......I'm waiting for a call from DELL, I'm curious about their position on this.
