You just hit the nail on the head, the back end fulfillment end of e-commerce is lagging the advances made in the front end of web stores.
Anyone can put a web site up and sell, it's the tracking of orders throughout the fulfillment process that will separate the men from the boys, one of the web based businesses i am developing addresses just this aspect.

Hi DJ Reporter,

no offense, but is it going to be a "dump on e-commerce" article? Why not ask to speak to some people that had a good experience? Or are we winding down the cycle?

I hope this isn't the intention. fact, I doubt it is, just curious. Can you tell us what issue or when it will appear?
