We haven't been involvled ith ITSI stock in a long time and for good reason.

I strongly urged ITSI management not to do the reverse 3/1 and gave them an alternate plan which would have improved its capital and maintained the stock above $1.00. But, managements rarely listen to the public.....they feel they know what's best....and look what happened.

Hi Vinnie

If you really want to be sick, take a look at the five year chart. ITSI was up to 20 1/2 before the long slide. At the current price I would not give up on the company. At least not yet. The pending deal to acquire the PHILIPPINE system will go through, only because BERJAYA is on the other end. Their investment is over $35 million and they have recently been a buyer in the open market as well as other insiders. ITSI recently cut overhead by more than $1 million. The Philippine system when fully implemented by the end of 1999 should contribute over $3 million a year net to ITSI. At this level it has very little risk. Good luck and have A HAPPY NEW YEAR.

What the h--l is going on with this stock??? My quote service has ITSI's last trade as Oct 22, 1998!!! The small cap status is apparently kaput, so what is happening with this stock? Is it not trading anymore? I emailed the company and got no response.

Anyone out there have a clue??
