Brian,my honest answer is--I don't understand warrants--embarrassing to say--but I haven't taken the time to study them--I hear people discussing the mathematics and variables of warrants versus common--and I say, "o,I better get down and study this warrant stuff"--but due to pure laziness I haven't done it yet--must make New Years resolution to rectify this ignorance.The fact that I see Sandra is dealing in IFLYW and not common should have clued me it is better deal:)Max
