Let me give you some advice re: that issue.......Companies do not have to give you a legal opinion.....As long as the transfer agent will accept a legal opinion from any lawyer....get one from another lawyer....... Its not very professional for a company not to provide a legal opinion....Typically that happens when either the company is pissed off at that person or entity or they dont have the money to pay the lawyer for the opinions..... i have seen it before, big pain in the ass......dont get frustrated.....unfortunately, if you have to go to another lawyer for the opinion, it will cost you about $2000.....Its always nicer to use the company's attorney...this way it doesnt cost you anything.....but its typically considered a gift to the shareholders that usually isnt appreciated...... mike

You have it all wrong. Product has been developed and is known to work for along time.
