NetUSA Inc. and T-Three.Com Launch Joint
Marketing Effort

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 1999--NetUSA (OTC BB:NTSA) announced today that it has
reached an agreement with T-Three.Com. an Internet service provider (ISP) with headquarters in Clearfield, Utah, for
NetUSA to market T-Three.Com's Internet service on NetUSA's Software Center (http://softwarecenter.com), and for
T-Three to market Software Center when T-Three completes the construction of its portal site for Internet customers.

T-Three provides 56K and ISDN Internet service with local access numbers all over the United States. T-Three's rates are
among the best in the industry. T-Three also provides Web hosting services for businesses and individuals.

''T-Three is a fast growing ISP; in the recent months their customer base has grown exponentially, and with their service and
excellent pricing, they will continue to grow quickly,'' said NetUSA Director of Business Development Michael Gallagher.
''This is only the first step in the relationship; NetUSA and T-Three plan to work closely together in the coming months, and
T-Three's portal site, which they'll launch briefly, will serve as a gateway to Software Center. We expect this relationship to be
