I just spoke with Ms Truax of the FRB as well and confirmed Line 1 , the high speed large battery line, is working at near full capacity. Line 2, the " telecommunications battery line" is working at some capacity. She also restated the comment yesterday that the NI plant will begin "shipping in earnest" in the first quarter. When I asked her what "in earnest" meant , she was somewhat hesitant and I could tell she wanted to choose her words wisely. Her explanation was that this meant they would be shipping to all the OEMs requesting samples. She confirmed 200+ workers in Northern Ireland. She expects proxy statements to be mailed next week along with the annual report. She reconfirmed the Feb 4th stockholders meeting.
