OT Les Paul Deluxe worth Les than Les Paul

I think I'll establish LesPaul.com. Really beat up really old LP's are highly valued -- especially if there is some association with even mythical local bands. The lacquer is worn off the center of the backs of C&W LP's -- that's not a defect, its a feature (those longhorn belt buckles); rockers often went beltless (or even pantless). Personally, I think my sunburst sounds 10db better (i.e. louder) than blacky, but the neck is more petite and is a lead guitar and is strung with 0.08" e string, while ebony is more a rhythm guitar. Them's my opinions, and I'm sticking to them, though they are patently absurd. I believe it because it's absurd, said the eunuch.
