>It's called a fast market and it still happens on a regular basis. Guess you're right. Who could have imagined a 1 billion share day several years ago? Hey, what's to stop a 10 billion share day and the delays? More likely the delays will occur at the brokers, busy signals, bottlenecked internet. The only source of information in that case might be CNBC. There's a scary thought!
