The SI TSIG thread is getting its butt kicked by the Raging Bull thread. They've got 28 posts to our 13. Where is everyone?

Americo,

"TSIG has recently completed a $2 million technology upgrade at its call center
operation, which now has the full functionality
required to handle the requirements of large national accounts. In addition, TSIG has
fully integrated its call center operation
with CCI's Internet retail music website. As a result of these upgrades, TSIG is
positioned to become a leading-edge
teleservice provider, with the ability to link Internet e-commerce with its state-of-the-art
call center."

The above is fine and dandy, but can somebody tell me why with such technology and expertise, tsig has not been able to pick up teleservices contracts of some magnitude to date? When I first invested in tsig, this is the one that attracted me, but now it seems all deals are being made on the cci side of the business, not that I am complaining about that. So far, telesrvices portion of the business is used to back up the cci portion. Is there something of potential deals that any body knows regarding the teleservices end of the business? I appreciate any input.
