re REITs...thanks. there's the NAREIT and Cohen and Steers site that I follow. When I can get milk and coffee and a warm dry place to sleep on the Internet I'll stop investing in real estate. -g-
We've been in a deflation since 1984...the printing of money looks genuinely hyperinflationary to me, at least for well-placed real estate. A credit crunch will benefit the best ones.
BTW SWINX is an interesting chart...it looks like we've fully reflated the bubble here.
