I do virtually all my golf shopping at GolfDay (Westwood), one which used to be a Nevada Bob's. The only change I've noticed is less space devoted to tennis (I assume it's being phased out). The staff all came over with the buyout and it's a bigger store than the typical GD; I've been in about five. Prices are competitive, and the breadth of products is now robust with all the big name brands accounted for.

Recently, they're taking a page out of Walgreen's book and doing a better job locating (and re-locating)their retail stores in higher traffic, easier access areas. I know, too, they've beefed up management over the past couple of years, bringing in some seasoned chain-store vets.

HUGE buying volume in the last 15 min.s today. Incredible! Another day like this and we'll be at full book value, HA!!!

Hold on to TRND. One juicy announcement from the company about DOT-COM and we're going to the rarefied air of double digits.
