The AOL/Tel-Save deal was done about a year ago. Tel-Save is the provider of AOL Long Distance.

AOL receives marketing payments of $113 million over 3 years I believe. In addition AOL received warrants for TALK stock based on deal performance. The deal was done about a year ago and it is my understanding that TALK has signed up nearly 2 million lines to AOL Long Distance. You must be an AOL subscriber to get AOL Long Distance right now but the rates are 9 cents/minute and your bills are archived on AOL. You do not receive a paper bill unless you request it -- you will also have to pay more. All charges go directly to a credit card. It is a pretty nifty service.

There is probably more to it, but that is all I remember from the press release.
