Dear Capt Jack: Too late for tax loss sellers. I think we just have no buyers. As to news---What about the Mangan transaction? Last we knew it was to close by 12/31. dont see how they can not PR that. Seems material to me. I suppose the number of shares probably are based upon average sales price for month of Dec. or something like that so maybe we will have to wait until next week?? RAVEL-- do you or anyone else know what TIME the CNN interview is to take place on 1/1/99? JDN
