George You certainly are getting some airplay with this post.

As for small companies going public...I don't know the specifics about IFLY, but I do know when a company is looking for capital, they do so however and wherever they can to help grow the company.

When I worked for an investment banking firm, we would see small companies all the time looking to do private placements, go IPO, whatever to realize the dream.

As for TGLO, the company was happy to do the deal @ $9 I would bet as the aftermarket pricing would value the other two-thirds of the company they retained ownership of. 2/3rds of a sizable pie is better than 100% of no pie. Would you agree?

Can't speak of "Liberty Securities," but I suspect talking to management would be your next step when referring to IFLY or any company you might speak of....

as usual bonne chance and Happy New Year...

caveat emptor...be wary of sensationalistic journalism...and be nimble, be quick.

After reading that article. I'd say the guy was nutz!
Yes, there are some shady deals made out there.
But IF only 30,000
shares were being traded in Active Apparel, does it really
look like Organized Crime was involved?
IMO they would have sent more than that into their
accounts for a pump & dump. A good look at the charts
could give a clue as to whether he is on to something
here. But as he even admits, there may be no way
to tell.
I'm not saying the guy is completely nuts. But he is not
completely accurate either. Maybe he's fishing. Or just
maybe he lost out? Or shorted? Who knows his intentions?
I wonder exactly what he knows about IFLY?
If this is all a Organized effort, they are amazing! This
would have to be the largest rip-off in history!
