MLRE stock price has held steady high enough, and the earnings are there. From what I know of Nasdaq listing, seems to me they meet the qualifications - EXCEPT - the subscription revenues could give a problem. Details of this are in back news of INFO facing de-listing from Nasdaq - something about subscription income must be amortized or some such. If this applies to MLRE, I would think any problem would be solved quickly with shopping site revenues, and shopping revenues already coming in from the magazine itself.
PREDICTION: (I just bought MLRE recently so of course am thinking positive, but hey why not) -
MLRE on Nasdaq simultaneous with Full Site Grand Opening!
"Not too long of a wait" is IMHO timeframe.
Happy New Year To All.
