In a related deal,
HDI agreed to fund Voxel's existing operations with a
cash infusion of approximately $250,000 distributed
over the next four months. The loan will be applied
to the purchase price if HDI successfully acquires
Voxel."

So you think the 100k shares could be payback for the loan?

Bob-- I agree with you. With all the heavy-breathing venture capitalists around these days, it seems to me that someone should be willing to fund HGRM's purchase of Voxel, so if another bidder prevails it'll be a company that is deemed by the bankruptcy authorities to be less risky going forward, IMO.

Of course, many of us on the HGRM thread are painfully aware of the inability of SCMS to get financing this year, so who knows [g]. -Eric
