Kurt:
My feeling (without any more tangible knowledge than I have indicated here) is that the "disidents" are unhappy shareholders who feel the company has not been run properly. They believe in FL. They are pursuing changes they feel can salvage the value in FL. I take it at face value and would listen to what both sides have to say and can substantiate. At that point I would make my decision.

I do not have confidence in how events have been managed and information distributed with current management, but I am willing to listen equally there. I am not sure the main differences are solely on JL. If they are, then I would expect either side to substantiate what they had to say. If Father Gregory and his group are as off base as the core group here would indicate, then that should come out. If they are not, then that should come out also.

I do not feel these actions are what will doom FL. If science is there, then there will be more money. If science is not there, then that may doom FL. At least we are at a point to argue - since it was not sold off as was so strongly advocated by a "dissident" group before.
