If anything, you should've been short at $14 on that 2nd leg up. Why so late ???

Skane,

You may have shorted a bit late in the day. The MM's were shorting this thing all day and won the battle down to just under 10. Your Yahoo chart does show the trend for the day, but did you notice that they were covering at 9 7/8 for the last 1/2 of the day and not raising the bid or ask....

In looking at some other charts the stock is presently oversold in all but one catagory (time frame) The only indicator that is not oversold only has to go down about 1/2 point to become oversold. The shorter term indicators show an upturn in the last trades so I would watch very carefully tomorrow for a cover point.

This news appears to have taken everyone, except the MM's by surprise, thus the huge pre-market run up and sell off after the fact.(shorting by the MM's)

I would look to cover above 12 as that is were the stock seemed to have some support earlier in the day. If it goes above that and holds, 14 will be the next resistance spot.

Hope this opinion helps. Since this co. does not let anyone know when it is going to release things it could do anything.

Ken

I'll think you'll be ok on GEND; first support around 6-7 and even that's shakey. Could easily go up a few but imho it's heading back to the single digits.
