SKYM is couching the sale news under the headline "Skymall Pres. and CEO Increases Equity Stake" only upon further reading does it say that he hold stock to raise cash and then exercised options struck between 6-8 to acquire more stock. So now he owns more SKYM stock at a nice low basis. The guys who sold him those options (company board members) must be pretty pissed...

Anthony, You read AAGP @9:32am and SKYM @9:35am as shorts. What signals do you look for to make the call so early? It usually takes me about 15-20 minutes to make the call. Its incredible that you were able to make so much off of SKYM! Congratulations - and no I don't think that $160k loss counts as a loss; its what you netted on the stock that day that counts. Looking forward to seeing that list of your plays over the last 30 days. With respect, profit_guy
