I happen to follow several on this list. Of those that I do follow there seems to be a pattern of shareholder friendly type financings relatively speaking. Not one death spiral convertable financing to my knowledge. Hence NTII investors you are in relatively good hands. PS: If you have NTII's recent 10-KSB SEC report see page 33.
