Okay, I'll make this even simpler for you. I said, and I quote, "It's a real simple fix for any system of this sort."

There was no implication for billing or supply-chain systems. Simply that powergen, powermon, SCADA, et. al. can be IPLed to some compliant date.

'NBC news just ran a piece on Y2K and the Military.

Bennett: "somewhere, somehow, someone will die because of Y2K."

Hey did you just figure this out. This thing is going to kill people.

Hamre was on too. Can anyone pull a transcript of this and post the
text? Sure, the sheeple are into the sauce already but the NBC report
was very explicit. To the point of stating that if the communications
systems fail, the lack of information may cause a war to break out, that
NORAD has a proposal to share Indications and Warnings data with
countries like China, Russia.
