You're being conservative in this market of runups in techs, and T is becoming a tech. Depends on the overall market direction, but if we don't have a major market correction we could be in the 90 to 100 range.

FTC approval is big. Historically they have shot T down, but there are so many big cap telcom players that T no longer stands out from the competition as much as they did in the past.

There are probably (just speculation) other T announcements forthcoming that will further enhance value.

I think you may have noticed I am very long on T, and have been since the spin off of NCR and LU. And how about LU...WOW!

Today' drop just some profit taking!

When T cleared Antitrust scrutiny on December 30th, I said,

"My guess: At least $85 by Feb 18th.

as an idle speculation on where T's price might head.
Never, in my wildest dreams, did I expect this estimate to be
surpassed by the end of the first trading week in January!!!

Now, it's looking as if we might even break the $100 mark by or near
the time of the shareholder meetings to approve the T / TCI merger.

Any other guesses on where the price might go and when?

Ian.
